From start to finish of each project we work closely with our clients to ensure the end result exceeds their expectations. The process begins with an initial meeting during which we’ll discuss your ideas and budget. We’ll also use time to explore any site constraints or opportunities, such as listed building or AONB status. Once the initial consultation stage is complete, we’ll develop a design brief which pays close consideration to your aspirations and requirements.

When it comes to the design options available, swimming pool installation doesn’t have to be constrained by the size of your property. Over the years we have successfully designed and built swimming pools in basements, extensions or detached buildings to complement the garden landscape. Depending on your requirements, a swimming pool and spa could be created, whilst installing a basement pool is the perfect solution for an urban property, for example.

Our experience covers the design and installation of swimming pools in a wide range of locations including National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Listed Buildings and conservation areas. Although working in such areas can prove a challenge, we have the experience required to see pre-planning application advice if appropriate, ensuring your completed pool matches our aspirations whilst sitting comfortably within your local environment.

Once the design and planning stages are complete, we will prepare building regulations drawings, coordinate quantity surveyors and other consultants. At this stage we will also seek competitive tenders from experienced pool contractors. Last and by no means least, once your swimming pool build project is underway, we will make regular site visits and inspections.
