Specialist equestrian architectural services in Sussex

At Horsley & Townsend we are an established architecture practice with wide ranging experience in the design of equestrian buildings in Sussex and throughout the South East of England. Our expertise covers the design of a wide range of bespoke equine building projects including horse riding arenas, stable blocks, bases for horse walkers and more.

We offer a highly personalised approach to equestrian building design and work closely with our clients to ensure the completed project exceeds their requirements. Our process begins with an in-depth meeting which is an important opportunity for us to find out as much as we can about the project and any potential design restrictions.

Over the years we have successfully completed projects in what might be perceived as challenging locations such as National Parks, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Conservation Areas. In addition, we have also undertaken architectural design projects on a number of Listed Buildings.

It’s important to bear in mind that equestrian design and construction projects often require detailed feasibility studies such as tree surveys, landscaping schemes, land and visual impact assessments. We are able to arrange any surveys which may be required to get your project underway and will work closely with you throughout to ensure a successful conclusion.
